My wife and I visited Toronto in October 2009 on our five days fact finding tour to view and possibly to invest in a suitable property. You sent us quite a few selections of properties by e-mail prior to our arrival, which we short-listed for our viewing.

As soon, we touched down at Toronto Airport you had made all necessary arrangements to view some properties from the day one at all hours. Knowing that we had only a limited time in Toronto, you worked extremely hard to ensure that our trip was worthwhile. Your dedication of hard work bore fruit at the end of our visit. Thirty-six hour before our departure from Toronto, my wife and I signed up to purchase 2BR 2Bth condo at Wynford Drive. We met our solicitor just a few hours before our flight bound for London, England.

After we had left Toronto you continued to work laboriously during our absence to ensure that all goes well without a hitch, viz; delivery of contracts to our solicitor on time and to keep us and our family in Toronto fully informed about the progress. The completion of the unit took place on 24th February 2010.
